 Cancellation by Clients
Cancellations by you, the client, that are received by our reservation office forty (40) days prior to the schedule date of your reservation will receive a full refund less a non-refundable processing fee of 20% of the total price involved to you for the cancelled reservation. To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend that you purchase an economical trip insurance to be given complete money back refund.
Cancellations that are made by you, the client, thirty (30) days prior to the reserved Tour are non-refundable. We highly recommend that you purchase trip insurance to protect your investment.

Cancellations by us, Alt.GreenGO! Tour Services
Even though we rarely cancel tours, we do reserve the right to cancel a tour for any reason whatsoever, including too few participants, logistical problems, or acts of Gods or circumstances that render the operation of the tour inadvisable.
If we cancel a tour as stated above, we will make a complete refund, but will not be held responsible for any other expenses you may have incurred during trip preparation or while on your Tour. This refund will be the limit of our liability.
When you purchase trip insurance, a claim may refund all payments made to Alt.GreenGO! in full, including any extra expenses you incurred due to our cancellation
